Kicking off the “Career Talk” session, Ms. Phan Thanh Nhã Trúc – Head of Training & Development, Panasonic Sales Vietnam – delivered an overview of Panasonic’s history, mission, global offices, and operations in Vietnam. She also gave a brief introduction to the Panasonic Air-Conditioning division and job opportunities at this leading global corporation through the Panasonic Fresher Program 2025.

Following the energetic atmosphere, Mr. Lê Kiều Dương Khánh – Technical Specialist in Air Conditioning – shared practical insights on the current state of air quality and the comprehensive technological solutions Panasonic is developing.

For students interested in recruitment opportunities, the story of Nguyễn Thị Kiều Trang – an alumna of the Department of Heat and Refrigeration Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, currently working as a Technical Specialist in the Air Conditioning Division – offered real-life inspiration and a relatable perspective. Her journey from student to official employee through the Panasonic Fresher Program deeply resonated with the audience.

Next, in the session “Tips to Conquer Employers,” Ms. Nguyễn Trần Như Hân – Training & Development Specialist at Panasonic Sales Vietnam – provided practical advice on interview skills, CV preparation, and other essential tools for students entering the corporate environment.

Finally, the “Discussion & Q&A” session featuring all the speakers brought the Career Talk to a well-rounded close. The sincere and direct sharing from the speakers not only addressed students’ questions but also offered encouragement and clearer direction for those aiming to join the Panasonic Fresher Program 2025.
