Specialized Training Program in Collaboration with HCMUT
In 2024, Midea signed a cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology to organize intensive training courses on air conditioner installation. These courses aim to provide learners with theoretical knowledge of air conditioning systems while equipping them with practical skills for installing, operating, and maintaining Midea-branded HVAC systems.
This program is specifically designed for engineers, technicians, installation and maintenance workers, as well as individuals interested in the HVAC field. In collaboration with the faculty from the Department of Thermal and Refrigeration Engineering, the course offers:
11. Theoretical Knowledge and Operating Principles:
Learners will master the theories and operational principles of various Midea air conditioning systems.
12. Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Skills:
Learners will be trained in safe and effective installation, operation, and maintenance techniques.
13. Hands-On Practice:
Learners will have the opportunity to practice directly on Midea air conditioner models under expert supervision.
14. Certificate of Completion:
Upon completion, learners will receive a certificate verifying their technical competency.
On March 29, 2024, the first training session took place at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, with 30 participants including installation, warranty, and repair technicians of various ages, coming from provinces and cities such as Đồng Nai, Bình Dương, Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Cần Thơ, Tiền Giang, Bến Tre, etc.
